1. The service
Calendar Power Tools provides tools that help users find, preview and bulk-edit events in Google Calendar. The product may be offered as a website, browser extension, paid plan, beta or other related service.
2. Your responsibility when applying changes
Bulk-editing can affect many Calendar events at once. You are responsible for reviewing previews, confirming that selected events and transformations are correct, and maintaining appropriate backups or recovery options for important data. Undo and transaction-history features are provided as safety tools but may not be available for every operation or every Google Calendar event type.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Calendar Power Tools only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and calendars you are authorized to access. You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage restrictions, interfere with its operation, or use it to access another person's data without authorization.
4. Third-party services
Calendar Power Tools depends on third-party services including Google Calendar and uses Stripe for payments and Supabase for billing infrastructure. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, API changes or outages.
5. Beta services
During beta, features may change, break, be removed or be unavailable. Beta access may be suspended or ended at any time. Do not rely on beta software as the sole means of protecting critical information.
6. Paid plans
Version 2.3.4 offers a Free plan limited to 25 events per bulk operation, a US$7.99 Power Pass for 30 days from successful payment with no automatic renewal, and Pro at US$29.99 per year, automatically renewed until cancelled. Paid plans remove the Calendar Power Tools event-count limit; Google API quotas and technical limits still apply. Paid access belongs to the Google account connected when checkout is opened, not necessarily the billing email entered in Stripe. Prices and billing periods are displayed before payment. You can cancel Pro renewal using Manage billing in the extension; paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. Failed or unpaid renewals do not extend access. Core history and supported Undo remain available on Free. A full refund or payment dispute removes the associated paid access. Contact support for billing or refund questions.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the terms shown at purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
Calendar Power Tools, its branding, website, extension code and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Google Calendar and related marks are owned by Google and Calendar Power Tools is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google unless explicitly stated.
9. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, compatibility with every calendar configuration, or that third-party APIs will remain unchanged.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calendar Power Tools and RoyGroundUp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss caused by user-confirmed bulk changes, third-party service failures or unavailable recovery options. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law or protect the service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are made.
